Our spacious and bright apartment is located at the fourth floor (with lift) of a lovely early 20th century building, with an internal charming and quiet courtyard.​

The apartment was recently fully renovated and modern coloured furnished. It is perfect for a couple, but can fit comfortably 4 persons or a family with children.

Fully equipped (wifi, washer, gas heating, air conditioning)
- Living room: furnished with a comfortable sofa transformable in a double bed. The window opens in the lovely courtyard.
- Bedroom: a king size bed (160*200), linens are provided. The bedroom hosts a 2nd floor loft area (mezzanine).
- A walk-in closet.
- A utility room with washer, shoe rack, iron.
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, cooking tools and tableware).
- Bathroom : shower, towel heater (towels are provided), dryer.

Roof terrace access for unforgettable time at sunset.

I am available for suggestion on the city sightseeing and shopping. I will be especially happy to guide the visitors to gourmet shopping or to suggest short courses of Italian cooking or wine tasting in English.
